Hi!

Hi! My name is Zilin Wang, and you can call me Ada! I am from a city called Canton, which is near Hong Kong. It’s certainly not the best city to live in China since there’s often rain that makes the whole place wet. Besides this, the place is perfect for me; it has lots of traditional Chinese food and multiple places for CityWalk.

About myself, I love listening to different kinds of music, especially K-pop. I used to study in South Korea for 1 year, but I finally decided to have a university in the UK. However, it was a very interesting experience. Besides, I love playing sports, like badminton and skiing. Playing sports not only makes me healthier, but also brings me some special feelings. Furthermore, I like to hang out with my friends during weekends or vacations. One of the biggest reasons is that we love taking pictures and exploring some new restaurants we have never been to before. Sometimes, I post my feelings about the food on Little Red Book (Basically Chinese Instagram). My favorite food is a noodle called Snail Rice Noodles. It is a traditional food from the city of Liuzhou, which is close to my hometown. However, after I arrived in London, I started to cook with my roommates on ourselves.

I like to watch movies in my daily life. Watching movies is a very interesting thing to do in my life. It makes me laugh when I watch a comedy, and it makes me sad when I see a bad ending. Some movies make me shocked because of their Frame, and some can get me into some serious thinking. To sum up, watching movies can enrich my mind and my daily life.

I also love traveling and experiencing new cultures. Each place I visit teaches me something new about the world and myself. I just visited Turkey in late August, and I was surprised by the beautiful view of the Air balloon. I also planned to travel to The US and France this winter break. One of my future dreams is to travel around the world. This is because I believe seeing the world through different perspectives helps build empathy, which is something I strive to carry into all areas of my life. In the future, I hope to continue learning, growing, and making meaningful contributions to both my personal and professional communities.
